I was told that my grandmother o my dad's side of the family had a stroke. Well according to the nurse who spoke to my older sister she's ok, for now. Anyway my dad din't even go see her after the stroke! He obviously thought that taking down his christmas decorations was far more important than seeing his mother! And he even took everybody off the list of people who could know how my grandmother was doing, that was so wrong and selfish! I love my dadm but right now I'm just so mad!
Auw! I know how you feel! Hope things get better.

Wow, that is awful. If he's not going to check on her himself, he shouldn't make her off-limits to everyone else.
Didn't quite get what you meant by took them off the list, but the other thing seems like a question of personal choice to me. It would've had to have been something pretty damn big for me to do that personally, but having had something big in my family resulting in the ending of communication with one of my ciblings I can understand what may drive someone to do similarly. Of course I don't know the story behind it and so can only speak generally and from personal experience.
I would like to here this story from start to finish. I am quite interested. Did your dad and his mother have a good relationship? Why don’t you tell me more?
